Resources for Finding and Completing Internships #
Internship Database #
The aim of this database is to provide geography students with information about potential internships. Completing an internship is not only a requirement in the diploma and bachelor’s degree programs but also offers students the opportunity to gain initial practical work experience, gain insight into professional life, acquire additional qualifications beyond theoretical studies, and establish first contacts with employers.
This database serves as an inspiration by providing an overview of the diverse professional fields geographers can work in. However, it does not replace independent research and individual initiative.
